Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel a booking by contacting Barcelona Wheels using the contact details provided on the website or in the booking confirmation.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following cancellation charges apply:

• 4 to 2 days before the scheduled service: 20% cancellation fee
• 47 to 24 hours before the scheduled service: 50% cancellation fee
• Less than 24 hours before the scheduled service: 100% cancellation fee

Any refund due will be processed according to the applicable cancellation terms and the payment method used for the booking.
